RECAP: PHASE I

University of Regina and the Saskatchewan Teachers’ Federation utilized focus groups to examine Saskatchewan administrators’ work during the pandemic. The findings illuminated the intensification of unprecedented work among school administrators due to COVID-19, and pointed to high levels of stress and fatigue being experienced by school leaders.
