Convenience Alert! One-Step Updates for Health and Dental Plan Records
A plus of going to a shared provider for health AND dental benefits: You will no longer have to update your plan records with both the STF and the Teachers’ Superannuation Commission.
Currently, any time you need to update your personal information, add or remove dependants, adjust your spouse’s coordination of benefits information, or update your contract status, those changes have to be made with both the Federation and the TSC.
Starting January 1, all those updates can be made through the Federation. Here’s how:
- Personal and contact information – Log in to MySTF and update under Profile Management.
- Health and Dental Plan information – This includes updates to spouse or dependant’s information.
- Log in to MySTF and update your Health Plan information.
- Contract status – Update by sending a completed Change of Information form to the Federation via email, mail or fax.
