1. Ask your health-care provider to submit your claim electronically to Green Shield Canada at the time of service.
   Providers that can submit claims directly to GSC electronically are:
   • Acupuncturist
   • Chiropractor
   • Dietitian
   • Massage therapist
   • Naturopath
   • Optometrist/optician
   • Podiatrist
   • Psychologist
   • Physiotherapist
   • Speech Therapist
2. Submit your claims online through GreenShield+.
3. Complete a GSC General Claim Submission form. You can find the form on the GSC website.
