Terms & Conditions of Employment
The terms and conditions of employment for Saskatchewan teachers employed in the publicly funded PreK-12 education system are defined in Part V of The Education Act, 1995, local and provincial collective bargaining agreements, and the policies of employing school divisions.
STF members are encouraged to contact the provincial organization for support from a member of the senior administrative staff if you have questions or concerns regarding your employment or professional practice as a teacher.
