Prescription Drug Claims

Available Submission Methods

1. Use your health benefit card at the time of purchase. The pharmacist will process your claim immediately, so you won’t have to pay the full amount up front and wait to be reimbursed.
2. Submit your claim online through GreenShield+.
3. Complete and submit a GSC General Claim Submission Form and mail it to the address on the form.

Remember to keep a copy of your claim form and receipts for your own records.

Problems With Your Health Benefit Card

If you are having problems with your health benefit card, you should:

• Ensure your personal information and that of your spouse/dependant is accurate and up to date.
• Log in to MySTF to view your address under Profile Management and your spouse/dependant information under Manage Family Coverage.
