Financial Literacy 10: Unpacking the New Curriculum

Thank you, Prairie Valley SD, for hosting this event on November 20th!

In this professional development session, educators will deepen their understanding of Saskatchewan’s Financial Literacy 10 curriculum while gaining practical tools to confidently support all key outcomes. This one-day hands-on workshop will provide teachers with ready-to-use activities, lessons, and assessment strategies that can be immediately implemented in their classrooms.

Participants will:

1. Develop comfort with financial literacy concepts and outcomes.
2. Deepen teachers understanding of the new Financial Literacy 10 curriculum so they can create engaging lessons and units.
3. Discover formative and summative assessments related to outcomes.

Audience: Secondary teachers and administrators

Registration closes 2 business days prior to the workshop. Payment must accompany registration. The refund deadline for all workshops and events is 10 business days prior to the start date. Registrants who withdraw prior to the refund deadline are entitled to a full refund or transfer of their registration fee.
