Since We Last Met

Purpose:

Building Relationships

Overview:

This process engages and reconnects an ongoing group, especially when there has been a significant time gap since their previous session together.

Procedure:

1. Display a slide or chart with the prompt, “Since last we met, life has been like what book, movie or song title?” 
2. Give individuals a few moments to reflect and choose their response.  
3. Have table groups use a round-robin pattern to share their responses with one another.  
4. Invite table groups to select one response to share with the large group.
