Member Experience Design Exercises
Last week, we invited teachers to complete a short online card sorting exercise to show us how you would group the content on our website. Thank you to all who participated! This week, we’re building on the results of that exercise with a new version.
If you previously participated, or this is your first time, you’re invited to participate in this exercise.
One of the themes we heard from our recent member survey was that members found it difficult to find information on our current website. We want to improve that but we need your participation.
About the Exercise
- The exercises are simple and fun to do. We will give you a basic task to perform such as sorting information cards or navigating through an information tree. You perform the task and we record the results. That’s it!
- It’s not a test – we want to learn what is intuitive for you.
- No technical expertise is required.
- We do recommend using a laptop or desktop computer for these exercises.
