A copy of the STF Remittance Manual is provided to all school divisions and regional colleges, as well as to the Saskatchewan Teachers’ Superannuation Commission, Saskatchewan School Boards Association, Saskatchewan Polytechnic and Qualified Independent Schools.

The manual is a collection of policies, procedures and guidelines designed to:

Increase understanding of the STF remittance requirements and processing.
Facilitate the orderly submission and processing of STF remittances.
Provide an opportunity for discussions and input to make ongoing improvements to the overall process.

We would like to take this opportunity to let you know that the Income Continuance Plan has been renamed the Teachers’ Long-Term Disability Plan effective July 1, 2019. This change was approved at the 2019 Annual Meeting of Council.

Where to Send Remittances

All fees, contributions and donations by payroll deduction, accompanied by the related reconciled documentation, must be sent to the STF Accounting Department.
